1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and baji88 (hereinafter "baji88", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the baji88 website located at baji88.vu and all associated services, applications, products, and content offered thereon.

baji88 provides online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting (including cricket, football, and other events), bingo, crash games, virtual sports, and related promotional services to eligible players based in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. All services are provided subject to these Terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

baji88 takes its obligations with respect to underage gambling with the utmost seriousness. Age and identity verification is mandatory at registration and may be repeated at any time at baji88's discretion. You may be required to submit a government-issued National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate as proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending review.

Any person who provides false information regarding their age for the purpose of gaining access to baji88 will have their account immediately closed and any associated balance forfeited. baji88 reserves the right to report such instances to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access baji88's real-money gaming services, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one active account on baji88. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile phone number registered in your own name (a Bangladeshi mobile number with the +880 country code is recommended for optimal account functionality). You must promptly update your account information if it changes.

baji88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, abuse of promotional terms, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), or any other activity that baji88 reasonably deems to be in breach of these Terms or detrimental to the integrity of the platform.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

baji88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, bet stakes, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals, and baji88 does not charge any platform-side processing fee on standard deposit and withdrawal transactions.

The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay (Mobile Financial Services), and Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. Additional bank transfer options via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and selected other Bangladeshi financial institutions may be available subject to current platform configuration.

• Withdrawal Channel: Withdrawals will only be processed back to the same payment channel used for the qualifying deposit. baji88 does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts or accounts held in names other than the registered account holder.

baji88 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Requests for documentation do not constitute a refusal to pay and are a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirement. Withdrawals will be held pending satisfactory completion of verification where documentation has been requested.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

baji88 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and tournament prizes. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer at the time it is made available.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all baji88 promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on baji88 contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Live casino and sports betting markets typically contribute at a different rate than slots. The specific contribution percentages for each game category will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to extract bonus value, or collusion between accounts — will result in immediate bonus cancellation, potential account closure, and forfeiture of associated balances.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a baji88 account at a time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus remains active and incomplete will result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

baji88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to players who have validly opted in prior to any such modification.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The baji88 sportsbook offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, virtual sports, and other events as listed on the platform at any given time. All sports betting activity on baji88 is subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the platform.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by baji88. baji88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed at odds that were published in error.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and may vary by sport, market type, and account tier. Current limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placing a wager.

• Event Cancellation and Abandonment: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant result has been determined, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account in full.
• Void Bets: In circumstances where a bet is voided, the original stake will be credited back to the player's account balance. Voided bets do not count toward the fulfilment of any active wagering requirement.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the baji88 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform software; use automated tools (including bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access, monitor, or extract data from the platform; or use any baji88 trademark, trade name, or logo without express written authorisation from baji88.

Any breach of these intellectual property provisions will result in immediate account closure and may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable Bangladeshi and international law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baji88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible losses, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise — even if baji88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

baji88's aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

baji88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

baji88 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of the platform.

12 Amendments and Governing Law

baji88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through baji88's internal complaints process may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules published by baji88's dispute resolution provider. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights.
